For the 2011 AISTATS conference, you may cancel your registration until March 27, 2011 (23:59 UTC) and receive a refund.  After that date, you may cancel within 24 hours of registration or until you pick up your badge, whichever is earlier.  No other refunds are possible (since we need to commit the money to ensure availability of food, space, etc.).
