Cancellation Conditions

Any request for cancellation must be sent to the Technical Secretariat via the email:

and in accordance with the following policy:

• From August 15, 2017 to December 1,2017, any cancellation will have a cost of €50,00 for administrative reasons

• From December 1,2017 to January 31,2018, any cancellation will be a 50% of the registration fee

• Up to February 1,2018 in advance, there is no reimbursement

for an invitation letter to support your visa application. Please use "Visa Letter" as the subject line of your email, with the following information in the contents:

• Name (as it appears on your passport)

• Receipt from the registration
