AISTATS 2015 Registration

If you are registering 4/28 or later, a badge will not be waiting for you when they arrive at the conference. Please ask help at the receiption desk.

It is important to complete both Step 1 (filling out a form) and Step 2 (payment). If any of these steps are missing, you are not considered as registered and will be required to complete it at the conference registration desk, subject to higher cost for on-site registration.

Please select a registration option below. Please make sure that the amount of payment matches to your registration option in Step 1.

The early-bird discount is no longer available. (The deadline was March 12, 2015, 23:59 EDT.)

Please make sure either to pay with a credit card in your name or to provide the same E-mail address used in Step 1 when you fill the form during payment. If we cannot match your registration form and payment information, your registration is considered as incomplete.

Refund Policy

Refund is no longer available, regardless of your registration date.

If you need to get refunded after registration, please send an email to aistats2015@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will refund certain ratio of your payment based on the table below, depending on when you request refund. Note that 3% of service charge forced by Paypal may not be refundable depending on your original payment method. Regardless of your original payment date, refund is not possible after 4/16 Friday 23:59 in EDT.

Visa Invitation Letter

In case you need to apply for the visa to enter United States for AISTATS 2015, please contact Karen Smith (aistats2015.ksmith@gmail.com), for an invitation letter to support your visa application. Please put "AISTATS invitation letter" in the subject line of your email, with the following information in the contents:
