Social Activities at AISTATS 2025

Unwind after your conference on Phuket Island with its diverse range of social activities.

Staying Close By: If you’d like to remain near the conference venue, the Splash Beach Resort provides a range of enjoyable activities. Take a break at their water park, stroll along Mai Khao Beach, jog the scenic Beach Forest Nature Trail, indulge in a relaxing massage at a local spa, or seek some thrills at the Phuket Wake Park.

Phuket city: To experience more of Phuket beyond our conference location, the vibrant Phuket City Centre is a worthwhile destination. Please be aware that the car journey to the city centre from the venue typically takes around one hour. For transportation, we advise either renting a car for flexibility or using a ride-sharing service. Grab is the leading ride-hailing application in Thailand and is highly recommended.

During the conference, we highly recommend these two activities:

Day 2: Siam Niramit Phuket Show

• Show time: 20:30 – 21:50
• Price: Starting from 1800 THB (+400 THB for dinner)
• Transportation: A transfer service from the conference venue to the show is available for 350 THB per person. Please arrange this directly with the company after booking your ticket.

Day 3: Phuket Old Town’s Night Market

• Location: Thalang Rd, Talad Yai, Muang, Phuket 83000, Thailand
• Time: Sundays from 4pm to 10pm
• Price: Free
