Cancellation Conditions

Any request for cancellation must be sent to the secretariat by email in accordance with the following policy:

• For cancellations before the 1st of April 2016, 80% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
• After the 1st of April, no reimbursement will be made.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application

If you need to apply for a Schengen visa to enter Spain for AISTATS 2016, please contact Fernando Perez-Cruz at for an invitation letter to support your visa application. Please use "Visa Letter" as the subject line of your email, with the following information in the contents:

• Name (as it appears on your passport)
• Passport number
• Address
• Affiliation
• Phone number
• Receipt from the registration
